This is the public-facing 18 at Cabo Del Sol, a desert-and-canyon routing on the mountainside of the property rather than a beach walk. Weiskopf’s original holes thread arroyos, waste bunkers, and elevation change, with the club stating ocean views from all 18. The 2023 Fry/Straka work added six holes on the upper mountainside looking out to the Sea of Cortez.
Golf Digest flags the hidden-fairway par-4 8th and the brook-lined par-4 18th as the standouts. The sister Cove Club (former Nicklaus Ocean Course) is private.
